Based on the stunning West Sussex beach of West Wittering, you will learn how to use the techniques of Intentional Camera Movement and Multiple Exposure to create striking, ethereal and abstract interpretations of your surroundings.
​
Mark and Wendy will go into detail on how to set your camera up for this type of photography, and will share our knowledge on the best techniques and movements for capturing effective images.
​
Mindfulness is an important part of our approach to the day. We will encourage you to make the most of being in this stunning location, and to take in the sights, sounds and smells of the coast.
​
Hopefully, you will end the session not only armed with the knowledge of how to make great images, but also feeling rejuvenated, mentally and physically.

THE ART OF ABSTRACTION
There is more to West Wittering then wide angle compositions, and we will encourage you to seek out some finer details and more intimate scenes.
​
We will always encourage you experimentation of technique, which will include intentional camera movement, in-camera multiple exposure and shallow depth of field.
​
There will be a strong emphasis on seeking out compositions which make the best use of the available light, shapes, colours and textures.
Expect a day of creativity, inspiration, laughter and support, all set within a relaxed, welcoming group atmosphere
