I am very excited to announce the launch of my second photography book - "String Theory". This book comprises colour and monochrome impressions of the botanical world.
Building on the technique of Intentional Camera Movement that was used in my first book ETHEREAL, this second publication combines ICM with in-camera multiple exposure to create these abstract images.

"String Theory" is the idea that the smallest building blocks of the universe may not be tiny particles, but incredibly small vibrating strings.
The photographic process can echo the idea of string theory. We, as photographers establish the conditions, but the final outcome emerges through a combination of intention and unpredictability.
